Terms of Usage
Your use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions and usage of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Shipping
Subject to availability of stock and credit clearance, all goods will be shipped within one day of the order being placed.
Courier delivers orders over 2kg and Cleansing Packages, with a signature required on delivery. Next day delivery service.
All other orders are shipped by 1st Class Royal Mail (a courier service is available at an extra £ 5.00 charge in England, Wales and parts of Scotland) .
Shipping is free of delivery charge in England only and parts of Scotland only.
Overseas orders will be shipped by Parcel Force and require a signature on delivery. Delivery time and charges vary by location. Overseas is defined as any area which is not part of the English Island and so includes isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Eireland etc.. For any clarification please contact us.
Delivery time and charges vary by location - if you do not wish to accept the goods please do not refuse them as a return charge levied by the courier will be payable. Instead accept the parcel and return by registered mail.
Postal Returns
A charge of £5.00 is applicable where an item is sent and delivery is not possible due to the shipping address being vacant. This is due to a charge levied by Royal Mail and not for any handling charge on our behalf.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with any goods received, you may return them to us within 10 days of receipt, for an exchange or full refund (less handling fee).
ALWAYS return the package with the included invoice or paperwork otherwise a refund cannot be processed.
Please do not refuse the parcel as you may incur release fees from the courier service.
Do not accept and sign any damaged package. Please contact us to inform us of the situation and to request a replacement order.
Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to be returned to us. As soon as we receive it, we will process your request for replacement items or a refund. We will notify you as soon as your request has been processed.
Intestinal Bulking Agents can be exchanged for Special Formula Bulking Agents and vice-versa within 6 months of receipt. Please include a cheque of £ 2.95 payable to NutriDirect for postage and packaging.
You will not normally receive a refund on postage and packaging charges unless NutriDirect is at fault i.e. we sent you the wrong products. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return goods to us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
