Start the Robert Gray Intestinal Cleansing Program™ at the Initial Test Level :
Take 2 level teaspoons of Intestinal Bulking Agent (and no Intestinal Cleansing Formula™) 2 times per day (for example 1 dose in the morning and 1 dose in the evening).
Mix these 2 level teaspoons of Intestinal Bulking Agent with 8 ounces of liquid (fresh, organic apple juice, tomato juice, fresh vegetable juice or purified or distilled water is best - do not use lemon or citrus juices). Drink directly afterwards another 8 ounces of liquid. Stay at least 3 days on this Initial Test Level.
If you feel good on this Initial Test Level change to level E subsequently and continue from there as shown on the chart.
