Unhealthy foods and eating habits lead to a depletion of healthy bacteria.
When this takes place, the distress of small, hard, scanty, difficult to pass or infrequent stools may register itself, as well as seemingly unrelated effects caused by toxins from harmful micro-organisms circulating throughout the body.
Few people have ever experienced the state of health possible when a truly abundant intestinal population of healthy bacteria is present.
The Robert Gray Program embodies what its developer insists to be the most significant breakthrough to date for maintaining a healthy population of lactobacteria in one's intestinal tract. Healthy bacteria are difficult to implant. Therefore, even if the existing ones are few, it is better to have them multiply in large numbers than to use bacterial supplementation , because the existing lactobacteria are already adapted and implanted. Based on this reasoning, Robert Gray developed his formula which stimulates the friendly bacteria to multiply. So you can cleanse and promote healthy bacteria at the same time.
Intestinal cleansing - the easy way
Through the ages, many cultures have used techniques designed for intestinal cleansing. Such programs involved fasting, enemas, and other procedures. They depleted one's system of health-enhancing bacteria, and were often harsh and uncomfortable in their effect upon the body.
Robert Gray's program is a giant step forward in the long history of intestinal cleansing. It took nine years to develop and is a comprehensive, gentle, effective method which people can follow easily with a minimum effort.
PROGRAM INSTRUCTIONS
How to Start
Start the Robert Gray Intestinal Cleansing Program™ at the Initial Test Level :
Take 2 level teaspoons of Intestinal Bulking Agent (and no Intestinal Cleansing Formula™) 2 times per day (for example 1 dose in the morning and 1 dose in the evening).
Mix these 2 level teaspoons of Intestinal Bulking Agent with 8 ounces (? litre) of liquid (fresh, organic apple juice, tomato juice, fresh vegetable juice or purified or distilled water* is best - do not use lemon or citrus juices). Drink directly afterwards another 8 ounces of liquid. Stay at least 3 days on this Initial Test Level.
If you feel good on this Initial Test Level change to level E subsequently and continue from there as shown on the chart.
If you don't feel comfortable with the Initial Test Level, discontinue and wait 3 days. Then restart the programme at Level A and progress through levels B, C, D, and E. Go on as directed in the chart above.
Special Formula
Lactobacteria are antagonistic to parasitic organisms, such as candida. When lactobacteria are increased rapidly, they begin to kill the candida. If the candida infestation is severe, candida may be killed so rapidly that the well known candida "die-off" reactions occur. These may take the form of headaches, nausea, constipation, gas, mucus, discharge, and other symptoms experienced by persons with candida.
If you have severe candida and experience possible die-off reactions using the Intestinal Bulking Agent™, then switch to the Special Formula Bulking Agent instead.

After 6 or 8 weeks of using the Special Formula Bulking Agent™, start using a mixture which is 10% to 25% Bulking Agent™ and the rest Special Formula Bulking Agent™. Then, every few days, increase the proportion a little each time but not faster than you can easily tolerate until you are using only Intestinal Bulking Agent II and no Special Formula.
Important Notes
While on Level E, F, G etc. always take the Intestinal Cleansing Formula immediately after taking the Bulking Agent.
Always begin at the Initial Test Level. This applies also if your diet has always been excellent before, if you have done other programs or if you have paused the Robert Gray Intestinal Cleansing Program.
Dry Skin Brushing
Using a dry vegetable bristle brush, work from the limbs toward the colon. The lymphatic system is stimulated and the skin clears and becomes revitalised and fresh. More information on dry skin brushing.
Your progress
Control your progress from level to level by noting the frequency and quantity of your bowel movement. If you are on too low a dosage level, these movements will be similar to those which you normally experienced prior to starting the program.
As you progress to higher dosage levels, the frequency and quantity of your bowel movements will increase. However, if you go too high a dosage level prematurely, they will begin to decrease again.
Please note, that given days in the above chart are minimum days (!) which means that as long as you have an increase in frequency of bowel movement or quantity of stool from your normal pattern, you stay on the level. It is not necessary to reach the highest level. Most of the people end the three month cleanse lower than level "I".
During the first weeks of the program, you will know that it is working from one or more of the following signs:
• an increase in quantity or frequency of your bowel movement;
• a different or stronger odour of your bowel movements that is characteristic of material that has been inside for a long time;
• or the presence of irregular shapes in your bowel movements.
Then after you take the Intestinal Cleansing Formula™ for a few weeks, you may notice darker colours and possibly some parasites in your bowel movements, which are a further sign of accumulated waste material leaving your body.
Ending
Stay on the program until your intestines have been fully cleansed.
• You should then notice no more dark colours in your bowel movements
• their shape should be smooth and cylindrical
• their frequency will decline towards whatever was normal when you started the program.
This process takes about three months for the average person.
You should not take the intestinal cleansing products for more than five months in a row. You should then stop for at least 5 months. Afterwards you should continue at intervals of 2 months program and 4 months pause for the next 2 years. Thereafter do a 2 - 4 week program every half year.
When concluding the program, stop the Intestinal Cleansing Formula tablets first, and then gradually phase over from the Intestinal Bulking Agent to the Lactobacteria Food™ over the next 3 days.
Lactobacteria Food™
Once you complete the intestinal cleansing program, take Lactobacteria Food™ daily to maintain a healthy population of lactobacteria in the intestinal tract. Take 2 level teaspoons of this product 3 times per day with meals for 5 days.
Your Diet
While you can use the Robert Gray Intestinal Cleansing Program™ with any type of diet, foods which are non-mucoid-forming will increase its benefits. These are mainly vegetables, fruits, sprouts and millet. Kelp as a nutritional supplement is recommended.
However, if you would have to make substantial changes in your eating habits to achieve this diet, you should evolve your diet gradually rather than change it all at once.
• For the most part, you may take whatever nutritional supplements you desire along with our products. However, you will counteract the product's activity for increasing the lactobacteria in the intestinal tract by taking vitamin A from fish liver oil, the succinate form of vitamin E, aloe vera, or most antibiotics. But the beta carotene form of vitamin A and the acetate form of vitamin E may be taken without this effect.
