I have bought an item and it has not arrived after 15 days Our products are sent by Royal mail for United Kingdom orders, the earliest you can expect to receive the package is next day and the latest is 15 days. If after 15 days it has not arrived we can claim a loss and a new item can be sent. Use our contact form and let us know the order number which you received in an email right after you made your purchase. If you do not have this order number please let us know your name and the date of your purchase plus the items ordered. We will respond within 24 hrs with instructions or information about your order.
I do not want to pay by credit card - how do I pay? Once you add your items to the shopping cart and are happy that you have completed your order, you will be given the opportunity to print an invoice. Once you have printed this off, fill in the area to include your details and send to the address given with a cheque made out to Wealden Natural Health.
